The 80 µm self-adhesive PET film features high tensile strength and is ideal for indoor floor stickers. The glossy white adhesive film is fitted with a structured, skid-proof coating which is insurance certified against potential personal injury. The adhesive on the reverse side of the stickers provides excellent adhesion on smooth substrates such as marble, polished stone or tiles. Important for perfect adhesion: Before applying the sticker, clean the respective surface and let it dry. The floor stickers can be removed without leaving any residue within six months
Properties of 110 gsm PET film for short-run stickers
Our 110 gsm PET film for stickers in short print runs is transparent. The film used for short runs of printed stickers has a smooth and reflective surface. It is easy to peel off the backing paper and sticks on smooth, cleaned surfaces. The material is suitable for indoor use only.
The back of the film features a strong adhesive under a backing paper without slit. Together with the adhesive and the carrier material, the paper weight of the PET film is 240 gsm.
Please note that white cannot be printed on clear film as it would also appear transparent in the final print result.
Tips on choosing PET film
How long are floor stickers durable?
The durability of floor stickers depends on various factors including light exposure, substrate and place of installation as well as wear by constant foot traffic. Outdoor floor decals exposed to direct sunlight and high wear have a reduced durability compared to stickers used in shaded and less frequented areas.
What are floor stickers used for?
Indoor floor stickers are used, e.g. for stair advertising, guiding visitors or floor marketing in stores or shopping centres. In doctors' offices or pharmacies, floor decals are used to ask customers to stand away for privacy reasons.
Or they attract attention as eye-catching outdoor floor graphics, for example in front of stores, as part of guerrilla marketing campaigns or visitor guide systems in pedestrian areas or on trade show premises.
